  • Description:

    Design of the corresponding part of the submarine pipelines of the tender Project for a desalination plant in the Tunisian coast. The land pipelines are executed in GRP, and the marine pipelines in PE-100. The project is divided in three pipelines:

        •    Intake pipeline: it goes from the intake tower to the pumping station. It consists of a marine section and a land section. ID=1,200 mm, L=2,328 m and Q=1.43m3/s
        •    Pipeline pumping: it goes from the pumping station to the desalination plant. All of it is a land pipeline. ID=1,000 mm. L=1,462 m. Q=1.43m3/s
        •    Outfall pipeline: it goes from the desalination plant to the diffuser section, in the sea. It consists of a land section and a marine section. Approximately the first 1,200 m of land pipeline are set in a common trench with the pipeline pumping. ID=900 mm. L=3,781 m. Q=0.80m3/s
